LSR to invest €50m in upmarket residence


2010-03-17

The LSR Group plans to invest €50m in the construction of the elite Venice residence on Krestovsky Island in St. Petersburg.
The 7-storey facility will be located on a 8,300 m² site occupied by the old Sovyetskaya hotel, which is to be demolished. The total area of the Venice residence will be 24,400 m². It will house 66 apartments varying in size from 111 m² to 447 m² and has a parking facility for 116 cars.
